smudge43, 45: You only get one chance at life so lets not waste it.

Do you notice how many of us on here like so many of the same things? I like having meals out, sharing romantic meals in with a nice bottle of wine and snuggling up on the sofa watching a good DVD, I like having barbecues, and listening to good and varied types of music, soul, motown, dance, funky house, some rock and even occasionally classical, I enjoy going out on occasions to a nice pub or club, socialising and having a damn good boogie, I like driving and own a really nice car and even though I'm not a spring chicken any more I still enjoy days out at theme parks and the beach, I love holidays abroad, I love doing things like snorkeling, paragliding, water skiing even though I'm not an expert at it, relaxing by the sea or enjoying trips and sightseeing, I enjoy those lovely warm dark evenings relaxing with my favourite tipple. Back at home I enjoy playing and watching some kind of sport usually football, golf, tennis and snooker, I love walking in the countryside with my dogs, and if I can find the time I try to go to the gym a couple of times a week to keep in shape - what you too? For my work I have studied and worked hard throughout my career to become a well paid Senior Contracts Manager in the construction industry. When it comes to the opposite sex, there has to be some physical attraction - I like nice eyes, a cheeky smile but it doesn't mean I like that on all women, there just has to be something that catches your eye - looks aren't everything but they do play a part. I'm probably not the most exciting man on here or the best looking but hey I figure I will appeal to someone, I'm kind, loving, caring, honest, trustworthy, hardworking, generous, passionate and funny (sometimes without even trying) I'm ready to share good times and bad with someone, highs and lows, laughter and tears cos that's what being in a relationship is all about. I would like to meet my 'mate' if possible and the chances are its probably not going to happen on here but you cant blame a guy for trying.
